Don’t forget we lost 1 of 3 to Minnesota who gave up 29 runs and 5 straight home runs to Kansas.

It is the dumbest thing to do to your program. The only thing they did with their schedule is keep UH from getting into the tournament unless they finish in the top 3 of the Big 12.

One effing hit? That is unbelievable given how tech has pitched this year.

I don’t want to come across as either rude or argumentative, but do you have some inside knowledge to support your statement? If the evidence of the last 6 years is not sufficient, I don’t know what will be. Whatever keeps Coach Whitting in his job, on the field results are not in the equation.

This is the same ol’ story. Schedule cupcakes (Pez)…run a bunch of ads… get exposed in conference…then chase 36 wins like your life depended on it. My theme has always been this:

If your kids know after the second series that they need ___wins just to have a shot at the tourney then you have failed, failed, failed.
Its a demoralizing way to spend your time. Playing from behind every series. And knowing your leadership is struggling to get you over the hump.
