Cougars Selling their Tickets to Longhorns

This thread was meant for entertainment purposes, not a litmus test for your UH allegiance. Let’s keep it light.

Didn’t know that :stuck_out_tongue: given when I posted that Pez openly said our tickets are going to be sold in the secondhand market, which is why the increase was bound to happen XD

Fine, the penalty should be they get the worse cuts of bevo after he’s barbecued.

Exactly.

My 3 month old daughter was the 5th generation in my family to attend a Coogs basketball or football event. My great grandfather and great uncle went to the Miami/Houston game at Rice stadium in 1957. My great uncle was a t-shirt fan for 4 decades. I became a t-shirt fan in 1994 when Houston was at rock bottom. My mom worked in research at MD Anderson library and was a professor at the JV school of Communications for 20+ years.

I donate both to CP and The Alumni Association and have been a season ticket holder in both sports for seven years (was able to get tix before then through my mom’s faculty pool from ‘94-2014).

Nobody should be telling me my business on what I do with my UT tickets. As I stated in another thread, I’ll buy extras season tickets this season so I can still attend all the games, but my premium seats are going on the market for some games to cover the cost.

I will be out of town during the UT game so I will have 4 seats available and if I can get enough for the TCU tics I will be out of town that weekend as well. J/K

People can do what they want with their tickets. I just hope that the team is locked in and is able to win the game, since our fanbase will let it become a road game.

It’ll be embarrassing, for sure. I can just imagine the reaction from our new conference mates.

You’re reaching, but ok.

It’s too early to get worked up about, personally if we go into the game 5-1 I will probably go, if we are 3-3 or worse I will probably sell if the price is right.

I have attended all but may be 6-8 games since the 0-11 season in '01. I’m excited at the potential that my $140 tickets may be worth more than $40 on the resale market.

That was a great game!

So was Louisville at TDECU…

Two of the best home games in the TDECU era.

Tech gm --2009 which I referred to was when Keenum did QB draw for winning TD was at Robertson stadium.

It’s capitalism at its best! If some Texas fan is willing to pay you good money for your tickets, I see nothing wrong with you seing then.

If you sell your ticket to a longhorn, then you can no longer whine on coogfans about poor attendance.

Absolutely! It’ll be like a person who doesn’t vote then complains how screwed up the govt is.
