Get in the spirit of season with autographs, interactive games, performances and more
HOUSTON – Houston will host its fourth annual “Fan Fest” inside the Indoor Practice Facility (IPF) from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 14. The free event will feature an autograph session as well as inflatables, raffle items, a Heisman Trophy and Texas Bowl photo opportunity, appearances by Spirit of Houston, concessions and much more.
Attendees are welcome to bring up to two (2) items to be signed. Houston Athletics will also have commemorative posters while supplies last. Complimentary parking is available in the Stadium Parking Garage (3874 Holman Street) by using the middle entrance. Do NOT use the “Visitor” entrance. Fans should enter the IPF through the Holman Street entrance. Free parking begins at 5:30 p.m.
GoCoogs.com & CoogFans are giving out 500 9x6 cards to use for signatures tonight at Fan Fest. Cards featuring Conner Weigman, Amare Thomas, Will James, Keisean Henderson, and Willie Fritz.
Wife and I are not going as we did not enjoy past events held in the IPF. Disappointed there will not be the usual “kickoff” event nor the “Let’s Talk Football” event this year. I guess they are having the fan fest which is open to all and not just certain CP donor levels.

That is AWESOME Jeff but besides Coogans how can greater Houston area fans know about this?
Wait, so you’re not going because this event is open to all Coog Fans and not exclusive to CP donors? AND you’re complaining because it’s in the INDOOR practice facility in August?
My god… you old guys sure complain about the dumbest things.
I was going to ask for specifics but thought naw, I’ll just go and see for myself. I’ll be with the girlfriend wearing the Clutch City shirt until we get her some new Cougar gear
I went in 2023 (Dana’s last year) and went last year. It’s cool, just meeting the players n getting some autographs. Kids like running on the indoor field as well. Lines kinda get long, but it’s smooth for the most part.
Agreed. This fan base must be the worst in P4, every excuse in the book. This time about the IPF. I remember a time when they opened the IPF, invited us all in before a kick-off with a Bloody Mary bar, chunking footballs, and a photo booth. Win/win, vodka for breakfast AND air conditioning.
Hadn’t been back on campus for anything other than a game in a long time. So cool to go from parking structure straight to the practice facility. Duarte gave me a Henderson photo card that I got signed
Fun time and Coach Fritz is a great person. He stayed extra long and kept engaging with fans. All the players engaged well and are looking forward to the season. Go Coogs!
