Except that now that we’re in P5…Charlie Brown has a NEW kickholder!!!
I love that golf course. Very challenging but fair. I’ve considered joining it as a non-resident.
That’s not true… There is a P6 in basketball and it is clear from the amount of teams those conferences get in the tourney.
During COVID I learned that I never caught COVID while playing basketball but got it twice while attending parties in NY…
Moral of the story… BALL IS LIFE!
I have been going to games since i turned 18 and started going to school here in 1972…I have seen all the good and all the bad… I have been waiting for us to get in Big 12 since we were left out in the beginning… This is most exciting season since 1976…No way am i missing a game.
People are different and everyone has their reasons, but i will never understand not going.
It’s my favorite “season” of the year. College, University of Houston, Football season! I’ve said this already once recently in here, whether we are winning or losing, I don’t miss home football games. I saw every game of our winless season in person. Been from one end of this nation to the other - a week in Hawaii! I don’t travel as I used to but as long as I’m physically able, I’ll continue to be at EVERY home game! I couldn’t imagine not being there. We will probably take our lumps for a while but there’s no way I’m going to miss this inclusion in the “haves”! We’ll climb the ladder and I’m beyond excited to witness that climb in person. And tailgate the days into the games with the best friends a person could be blessed with, met at Cougar Football games! LET’S GO!
If you are an alumni supporting your Alma Mater, how can you say I have done my “time”.
You will always be a part of Cougar Nation, whether you attend home games, travel to away games or watch on TV. The B12 will bring a new level of excitement to campus. The future is bright for UH.
