@banderacoogfan this happens in college football. Honestly you’re lucky not to lose an offensive or defensive coordinator after a great yr.
Losing your WR or Safeties coach, its gonna happen

Not a person in the room that knows what Willie wants to do on offense more than Brian. He ran it for four years at San Houston State.
Also won a 4a state championship as a head coach. Fritz takes care of his guys. And this is another example. Fritz putting all his guys that he has been successful with around him. Bishop, Bell, Wes

Brian Bell is beloved by the guys in this program. Keisean Henderson loves him, too.
I really like Sherman as a WR coach, but trying something else in an underperforming position group isn’t the worst idea ever.

I’m talking about over the years we lose lots of people head coaches on down, i guess that is the price of success

What makes you think this was a move up for him or the other coach that left?
When it comes to coaches, many times when you see something positive on the field it’s the guy behind the guy that’s putting in the work.
I don’t get why some of you continue to act like we are in Conference USA or the American “losing” coaches to P4 schools.
WE ARE A P4 SCHOOL!
Those moves are lateral at best.
