Yep #5 in the nation. Turned around and beat Tech the following week.
That and 2011 run is what convinced me to come to UH.
I came down to visit some friends at the time who stayed in Taub for College GameDay weekend.
I was hooked after that.
Transferred and the rest was history

The Rob holds a special place in my heart. Know without TDECU we’d still be in AAC but miss the ol’ girl. The tailgate atmosphere was light years better IMO…but I’m old so there’s that
