We are planning on bringing our baby to the game tonight. Trying to figure out what the actual diaper bag policy is along with baby formula. We called the ticket office and they were zero help. The woman I spoke to said only a small clear bag would be allowed and no baby formula could be brought in. I said this was insane (baby’s need to be fed!) and I can’t imagine this is actually true. She said she didn’t know what else to tell me.
So does anyone happen to know what the actual policy is and what we would are actually allowed to bring in? Do we need to stuff all of our diaper bag items into a tiny clear bag? Will they actually turn us away if we try to bring in a 16oz thermos full of milk?
The UH Clear Bag Policy strictly limits the size and types of bags that are permitted into TDECU Stadium. Items such as backpacks, purses and diaper bags are not permitted.
We’ll get everything stuffed into a small, clear bag. We just don’t want any issues at the gate bringing in milk!
Although the crazy thing is, we’ve taken him into some premier venues (Fenway Park, Bridgestone Arena) and they have always been very accommodating and had no issue with diaper bags and baby formula. Seems odd that a smaller venue like TDECU is so strict on it…
We have some baby ear protection for him! He doesn’t mind using them in loud stadiums! I hope it gets loud enough that we will actually need to use them tonight.
