Did you turn the game off?

Bad fan here…was following the game on my phone then went to bed at 29-13…was stunned when I saw this morning we won…great comeback!

I never leave a game early or turn it off early when watching on TV. I believe in miracles.

Of course not.

I NEVER give up on my team.

It ain’t over 'til it’s over. I’ve watched many amazing comebacks in my lifetime. I remember us being down to LaTech something like 34-7 during Keenum’s 13-1 season. We came back to win. I remember the comeback against Pitt in a bowl game with Greg Ward.

Hell, I was in the Dome when we were down by something like three TDs against UT, only to storm back and beat them 60-40 back in 1987.

IT AIN’T OVER 'TIL ITS OVER!!!

I was driving and I checked the score when it was 0-14 and then checked the score right before we started our run. My wife took over driving and so I tried to get some video, but by the time I loaded the ESPN app it was over.

Nope but right now I am just a frustrated diehard Cougar with the way things have gone. Let’s celebrate the great team win over Memphis…

The only live game I ever left was the Army game too. Yesterday, I turned it off with about 4 mins left…First time ever turning it off early. I woke up to a pleasant surprise.

Left home to go have a drink and some dinner in avoidance of high blood pressure. The game was on at the restaurant bar I went to. Even though I cringed a bit, it was nice to see us on TV. Establishments can often overlook us. So, resigned to my fate, I saw the positive.

It was just killing me. Crap play after play. Then a good play mixed in sometime kept me going. I just couldn’t turn them off. I feel bad for a memphian.

No I didn’t turn it off. I was unhappy while company was over. They must have thought how unpleasant I was. Lol.

They left before we won so they didn’t get to see me going crazy! I went wild.

I was watching the recording of the game to skip through the commercials. The recording ended at 4 minutes to go with the score at 32-19. By the time I got to the live feed the score was 33-32 with 18 seconds left. We were saying what in the world happened!!? Had to watch the missed segment on ESPN watch.

No I don’t turn UH games off on the TV- EVER. The ONLY game I ever left was the Army v UH game right before Army’s last touchdown. And the only reason I left the Army game was there were three very happy, very drunk, Army guys sitting directly behind me and they were laughing at UH’s ineptitude. I haven’t always been as polite or tolerant as I am now so instead of going to jail, I just left.

Watched it all. But when it was 26-7 I was just hoping for some good plays and a couple of touchdowns. However, if you stick around you never know what you’ll see in sports.

yes, I put a movie on at half time.

was rather pleased when I woke up for my 3am pee to see the final score update on my phone

Whether I’m at home or sitting in the stands, I’m there till the end.

I had work to finish and I decided my time was better spent getting it done. I checked the score and turned it back on for the last 2 minutes

Why I watch live sports it unscripted unlike most other things in life. Never know what will happen, that’s why I love it.

I ordered the works from Dans pizza and watched the whole game. I recalled Tulsa and the 50 yard miracle.

I proudly turned it off. Then I crawled back on here to read the thread.

No. I had pretty much given up on winning though.
