Great question - thanks for asking. I won’t put a number on it - but here are some tell tale signs/questions to ask yourself

  • Do you groan when you sit down/bend over?
  • Do you not know any songs in the top 10?
  • Do folks not call/text you after 9pm for fear of waking you?
  • Does your back sometimes hurt when you turn to wipe?
  • Do you sign your name at the end of text messages as if you were writing a letter?
  • Do you sleep separately from your teeth?
  • Is your car insurance cheaper than your life insurance?

If you answered yes to any of these questions…you just might be old :slight_smile:
