Double Decker Taco is back at Taco Bell

Which reminds me of this…

And I caught Hell for “McRib is back”?!?

Yea, there was no Olajuwon connection to the McRib.

Those were such fun days watching the NBA.

Been consumig my fair share of these the last week. Best thing Taco Bell ever made. Loved those commercials.

Now bring back the 7 layer burrito and the meximelt.

The double decker and the 7 layer burrito used to be my two Taco Bell favorites.

Hopefully, they BOTH make it back on the menu!

I also was a fan of the meximelt.

I was a fan of the 39¢ bean burrito. Even if you were broke you could find enough loose change on the ground if you wandered around long enough.

I never understood why they got rid of it. It was all that I used to order. I guess I will have to make a trip back to Taco Bell.

Good!

At least they now have a veggie burrito that is similar if they won’t bring back the 7-layer burrito!

I am pretty sure you were responding to a fake spam/ai user. The first post on the site, they respond to a two year old taco bell thread with a link to the Taco Bell menu. No real comment or anything.

Ugh.

So what I responded to was bogus?

Well, the link may have been real, but the person posting it and the reason for it was likely bogus.

Dang it.

Well, I went to tacobell.com

Still no double decker, though the Cheesy Gordita Crunch is nearly the same thing. I can live with that.

Unfortunately, no 7 layer burrito, nor any veggie burrito.

Going to have to live with one of their other veggie items on a meatless fast Friday during Lent.

My other “go to” fast food options on days like that are the Checkers/Rally’s deep sea double fish sandwich, a tuna melt at Subway, and the Culver’s codfish sandwich.
