Knecht went off that whole season… I went to the UNC - Tenn game early that season and he went off…
A Walter Clayton Jr. type run in the tournament would help.

A 3in growth spurt
I’m not sure he gets drafted, but it’s not out of the realm of possibility as he’s expanded his game quite a bit this season. Either way he’ll be on a summer league team for sure and have his shot at making a team
He’ll have to shoot his way in like LJ and Armoni did…
Kind of hope he can get on a garbage team like Sasser did so he can get some minutes and prove to the league he’s an NBA player
The pluses
He has vastly improved his bal handling, mid range game and ability to create.
He has range that doesn’t stop.
He is strong and physical while playing great defense.
A high level character player.
Working against him
Measreables of not having great athleticism or height.
In between game doesn’t translate to NBA level.
He fits the mold of a 3 & D player and like I felt with LJ has a chance to hang around and earn his spot.

What puts Marcus ahead of LJ and Emanuel?
Emanuel is bigger than both of them and plays solid defense too. He needs to hit better on the 3, but shouldn’t it be easier for him to make it in the league?
I want a few of things for Sharp: A national championship and redemption. I would also like to see him come back to UH as an assistant basketball coach after the NBA.

From what I remember Sasser was a better pure scorer than both of them and better defender than LJ…
Eman might’ve evened the scorer role this year and is not just a 3 point shooter anymore…
