Hey listen. I don’t like a lot of what the ABA has to say on abortion and some other issues.
But their law school accreditation standards make a lot of sense.
Fearless prediction: every TX law school will continue to seek and maintain ABA accreditation status, simply because without it, their grads may be unemployable in other states, most of which have graduation from an ABA accredited law school as a bar admission requirement.
