I agree, I did read that article. It seems like they did A LOT of research and went deep. I kinda find that fascinating what they may have had to do to find stuff.
It really seems like he was a con man and a leach, that he continually escaped any consequences only allowed him to prosper or get bolder. He would get himself in places to meet people and take advantage, or at least to use them for legitimacy.

This was helpful in what they are required to release…
Honestly, I don’t have much expectation on some big new revelations.
What fascinates me is how he got away with literal crimes
For example, he helped assist the Towers Financial Ponzi Scheme (largest Ponzi scheme in US history), and is on record of having gotten investors money without paying them back - yet Jeffrey never faced any consequences legally. How?
The other guy, Hoffenberg, was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
Then you look at other circumstances such as the “sweetheart plea deal” in 2008.
This only leads to the “conspiracy” that someone or some entity, was helping him. I don’t think he was an intelligence “agent”, but there was something there.
There are holes in the NYT article that don’t explain certain loose ends, but it’s the best article I’ve ever read on Epstein
Lots of people care about the magnitude and scope of something so evil as taking advantage of teen girls in some kind struggle and/or hardship to be then abused, trafficked and passed around like merchandise.
Well I agree with your last part. I just want to be clear that I don’t think either party has a monopoly on “weirdos”.

I guess I already don’t expect we will ever have a clear answer to that, so I’m not fascinated. Very likely it wasn’t just one thing either as each crime he may have stayed for different reasons.
Mike Benz on X - * Intelligence Ties: Benz argues that the details of the Epstein case suggest a deeper connection to intelligence agencies and organized crime networks, rather than just being about a wealthy individual and his crimes.
