Only after 15 years. Then, after that, it was clear nothing would be done, and that the victims would never get the justice that they deserved. Since you asked, my observations have aligned with these as the reasons and excuses that justice has not been served. It was easy enough to see.

There is almost a systemic/cultural rape problem in India. It all
could be addressed as well.

Too many unique things about the Epstein case that are our purely American and
our system of government.
I think there are likely different dynamics at play which could be helpful to separate out but I don’t care too much one way or another.
I also think both issues need to be discussed and compared if one chooses to. You don’t have to compare if you choose not to. Wonder why The Rape Gang Report is not a newsworthy story in the U.S., as Dustin claimed.
Yeah, I guess I agree. The massive amount of crime perpetrated by men against women is just too big a subject to tackle in a dead Epstein thread. Let’s just keep complaining about how the judicial system has failed the Epstein victims and not speak on the continued subjugation and raping occurring to young girls (as young as 11 years old) and women. It’s just too big of a problem, yet no one has “heard” about it in the U.S. So it’s a big problem, yet it’s not, at the same time.

I also think the Epstein issue remains a big issue but fine if others see it differently.

It was more an observation about how over 100,000 rapes can fly under the radar (the story is neglected and downplayed) yet so many get up in arms that justice hasn’t been served for 200 Epstein victims. It’s the nature of men, people in power and people with money, that are common themes here. Anything can be covered up because of the lack of fortitude and lack of character among men in power.

Because they have not identified 250,000 victims. Its an estimate that I’m not sure how they came to. Kind of like guessing at how many homeless there are.
