MUCH more than political BS. I’m hard pressed to
come up with like situation of someone removing sensitive government documents that cover nuclear
secrets of our allies or enemies. Maybe the Rosenberg
trial comes close…
I know nobody who is laughing and saying ‘typical’ about potentially classified documents, empty folders, and nuclear secrets. Not a single person…outside of the resident clowns around here.
IMHO, no way DOJ doesn’t indict on the documents case. Herschmann’s testimony was Trump was advised the docs have to go to NARA. He simply blew it off.

Yep, looks like Dearie wants to be done before 11/30 deadline and certainly not after. Things aren’t going as planned for trump.
It’s clear this is just a delay tactic and not a real defense of anything.
The former president’s lawyers are also questioning Dearie’s suggested deadlines, arguing that his draft plan “compresses the entirety of the inspection and labeling process to be completed by October 7, 2022.”
What’s funny about this is the FBI said that they already completed the inspection and labeling process in their arguments as to why a special master was not needed.
