Fan Experience Survey | UH Athletics

Hi,

Just got an email from UH Athletics to fill out a brief survey about my experience as a fan.
They cover things like game day traffic, waiting times, where you sit in the stadium, etc.

For those of you that have been acting like “Village Idiots” (as CKS likes to say), now is your time to chime in and give constructive (or destructive, ion care) criticism that will hopefully get to Eddie & his staff for them to come up with ideas for things they may not be aware of since we the fans have a boots on the ground POV

For instance, one thing I noticed for myself is that there seems to be more than one Blue Lot (one in front of the Blaffer Art Museum/Moore’s School) & one across the street in front of the soccer fields. This can be confusing, as the one by the soccer fields doesn’t have a prominent sign.

One solution could be numbering them: Blue Lot #1 & Blue Lot #2 so people won’t miss the entrance and cause more traffic having to do a u-turn.

This is great, but I did not receive one. Have been to every game this year, but I am not account holder on my season tickets. I wonder who all received them? They need to get these surveys into people’s hands that only come once or twice a year instead of our loyal supporters. Would get a better idea of what’s going on and how to improve.

Same!! Biggest thing for me is that I don’t mind paying the money if I’m entertained while I’m there. Bigger lights and fireworks after scoring, etc. whatever is gonna pump up the crowd and motivate team to fight harder!
