Just received mine too.
They sent an email out today that they were there. I actually happened to look in my account yesterday and saw them. Smart of them to not send the email out until they were sure.

My ass called the ticket office and had mine printed out. i dont do the internet too well. took them 15 min to call me back and and say they are ready for pick up!! Shout out to Kelsey in the ticket office, great customer service.
