There is plenty of legal gambling in Houston and all over Texas, it’s called texas Holdem, and there are legal poker room’s everywhere. It’s legal because they don’t rake the pot, instead they charge you an hourly fee to rent the chair, usually 10 dollars an hour. It’s like playing cards in a casino and it’s fully legal in Texas via a loophole
