Freshman Beanies for our 100th celebration

Well said and correct Sukie !
Go Coogs !

Maybe you start a tradition, every freshman class would want theirs, 101, 102, 103…

Probably considered hazing by modern standards…

Hey don’t get me wrong… I don’t think anybody would wear them :grinning:

You might get a few people to wear them, fraternity’s and sorority’s and other student groups could make the freshman wear them.

It would be voluntary and for one to two weeks . It would allow the Freshmen to recognize and meet each other in class to bond and perhaps form study groups. Only positive outcomes for our 100th Birthday if you set it up correctly at Freshman Orientation.

Maybe if handed out at football game a portion of student section would wear for that one game as a bit, but no way college freshmen are wearing that on campus in their first few weeks of college (or ever really)

I’m 100% on board with this.

Sis! Boom! Bah!

A UH bucket hat would be better for football season.

Need to give out license plate frames as graduation gifts. More cars driving around with “UH Alum” gives us better visibility.

How about “UH almost graduate” license plate frames? That’s what A&M does, right? (aka “Former Students”)

That’s not a boater hat boss…
