No surprise, any school that is not quite literally crapping money and I mean at the top end of crapping money is facing these issues.
Campus spending is virtually dead Nationwide.
Life will go on.

Main thing is the medical and Law school are on track along with many of the projects to be done by 2027 for the 100 yr UH b day which includes many campus upgrades to make UH a destination school and make Cullen more of student friendly pedestrian st.
Biggest thing that would make UH a destination campus would be even more student housing and a P 5 invite. All P5 schools become destination campuses by default unless it’s a high level academic school which helps the draw.
