Thereās a lot of truth to what youāre saying. I also think the offense is different without an inside scorer like Roberts. Cenac either faces up against the defender or plays on the perimeter. Roberts played on the inside and demanded double teams at times, which created more space for the perimeter players to catch and shoot.
All in all, the offense just looks differentā¦ discombobulated at times.

I wish Lath got some run. I liked the way he played last time we saw him. Raw, but a dawg with a motor. He posted a cryptic message on IG after the game. Something about keeping your head up when things arenāt in your controlā¦

Yeah I really liked Ced and what he could possibly bring to the table if it clicked for him. But it looks like itās just not happening for him unfortunately.
I mean heās buried on the bench behind Sakho, who right now doesnāt look like any great shakes himself. Two DNPās and on top of that looking at two centers in the recruiting process. If he wasnāt discouraged then he wouldnāt be a human being. Personally I hope he stays because by all accounts heās a really good guy and teammate. But heāll have to portal if he wants to have a real chance to play.

Eddie Nunez mentioned the other day when he talked to Ryan that Lauren Sampson herself had worked to identify and track which seats seemed to have different people every game or went unused to nail down the brokers. For the new season, I believe all those seats were sold to potential season ticket buyers currently on the waiting list.

Someone here said Sakho was limited in the first game and they were treating his back pain on the bench.
Did his back surgery fail ?

Coaches have different ideas on how to put a winning progrram on the floor. Samps demands defensive excellence and almost considers O as not important at the beginning of each year. (IMHO) That said, our fish will not necessarily put up big #'s. Defense is not a #'s game, but it has proven to be a defining issue with Samps coached teams. It has gotten us to the summit of college basketball.
Maybe Lehigh is better than we think? They dismantled Valley Forge 91-52 yesterday. 
Thatās Valley Forge out of the United East Conference (yeah, Iāve never heard of it either). Picked to finish 12th in the United East Conference. To be clear, thatās D-III basketball. (Think Schreiner, Texas Lutheran, McMurry State level.)
