Good list Butch. I would add Tony Smith, who played alongside Birdsong and Dunbar in his only season at UH before starting on UNLV’s 1977 Final Four team.
Should’ve stayed in Boulder until today… lol
Yep Tony was good that one year, but because of the NIL before its time he bolted to UNLV…Remember we lost another great player out of Wheatley to the Rebs in Eddie Owens…
I think the 3 shooters with the best range since I’ve been watching UH are Jeff Hickman, Armoni and Emanuel
While Otis is the 3rd best player in UH history, behind only Elvin and Dream, there was no 3-point line and I remember most of his shots were of the longer midrange. That said, some would have been 3-pointers In today’s game but he never shot from the distances of those three
Maybe Maybe
39 to 28 at half.
47 to 30. Wow.
Up to 56-32!
Would be an epic collapse if they blow a 26 point lead
J’Wan Roberts, Mylik Wilson showed up sitting courtside.
OSU trying to get a W.
Mercy and Chase were there too.
Still going on. 47.2 up 76-71.
What about Aubrey Coleman and Rob “I never saw a shot I couldn’t take” McKiver? McKiver has the UH record for most 3 pointers in a season (145). I’m not sure they are in the top 5 but probably in the top 10-15.
Ladies win, first conference win. Go Coogs

THE CITY OF D-FENSE
Lord I hope this doesn’t “save” his job
Is it tip-off yet…?
Just curious about next Tuesday’s home game against Utah…is there a chance it will be cancelled?
