It wouldn’t surprise me if Coach is doing this as a favor to Nunez to move some UH merch. Sampson said after one of their Houston Blue games UH lost that he was superstitious and preferred not wearing it. Sampson realizes it is good financially for the program and one game isn’t going to kill anyone.
