The thing that’s interesting about this is it doesn’t really address matchups. Honestly Tech is a nightmare matchup for us because of Toppin. Their #1 scorer is a forward and when teams have a scoring big against us who can pound the ball inside and draw fouls, that’s our major weakness. Not all of these teams we’re projected to lose to have this issue. Most of these outside of Iowa State are guard heavy and we can attend to shut those down with perimeter defense and clogging the lane preventing guards from getting to the rim. While I definitely think we lose 1-2 of these, I don’t think we lose all of them. Arizona at home is going to be an interesting one. I wanna see A. How strong AZ actually is. And B. If we’re mature enough for the challenge.

One of the better remodels. Yours’ is in that category too tho. In fact, I think Fertitta definitely looks better imo. I like the low ceiling, schollmaier still has the dome roof.
I don’t like those roofs as a general rule, but they actually did a pretty good job w/ it. That’s probably what makes it seem bigger to some.

Coaches see McFarland everyday at practice so I am pretty sure they have a handle on the situation. Guy hasn’t played in two years due to severe injuries and operations so I would assume his situation is under close scrutiny
