Sharp our best on ball defender. Uzan, solid. And Kingston probably our weakest defender of the 3.

Which i probably shouldâve known from the Texas Tech game. Cause Kingston was guarding Jaylen Petty. Not Christian Anderson or Atwell.
And then Jojo is a 5 defensively for us. So him guarding Dybantsa, wouldnât make sense. So, yeah whiffed on that completely.

Without these top bill Monday turnarounds, ESPN probably loses their a$$ on basketball. Itâs just part of it. Gotta pay the piper. I donât even think about it.
The alternative is you are a nobody and they donât put you on Mondays at all. Thatâs never a good thing.
Beyond UH football potential, I guarantee Monday looks like this, putting the Coogs on consecutive Mondays in places like Hilton and the Phog were and are a noticeable selling point to ESPN. As mentioned by others above, weâre gonna have a ton of eyeballs.
In basketball, much as we love it, itâs always about softening the blow, minimizing the risk in the red to our âpartnersâ. Things like this help BY negotiate for that extra little bit that helps us a lot more than some other conferencesâŠ

There was a girlâs game today. Itâs also right across the street from where I guarantee youâre staying.
Theyâll practice (shootaround, walk thru, whatever) in Hilton tomorrow, obviously.
I highly doubt weâd unreasonably give CKS anything less then what he asks for. Heâs always had a great relationship with ISU. Iâm sure they work together to accommodate yaâll just fine.
