I know it’s just quirks of March Madness and whatnot, but it’s insane that as a 4th seed they got to play such a weak team in the 2nd round while we had to play a team that was in the top 10 of almost every metric (especially if controlling for the last month or so.)
Honestly probably bodes well for us that they haven’t played a good opponent in so long.

Not entirely true. Sasser was on fire that game and Baylor was just better than we were.
Also sometimes teams just have bad shooting games. I’ll never forget 2022 when we were on fire against Arizona but couldn’t throw a ball in the ocean in the same building 2 days later.

Yep, still trying to figure out what to do. I could try to go to bed early and wake up at 2 to watch and then go back to sleep. Or I could just watch the condensed game the next day. Not sure

Tech and Purdue have had the easiest 2 games to get to the sweet 16. 75% of the Big 12 would be in the Sweet 16 with those paths. Both have proven nothing so far. Not their fault, just the path.

I’m up… both times I’ve gambled in the past year on draftkings I withdrew profits.
I don’t really bet on football anymore… seems rigged to me… especially NFL where you get these phantom PI calls for 60 yards and a last second FG to win or cover…
