The bit about them defending the 3 ball, Gonzaga and Purdue fans said the same thing and we shot 50% and 39% in those two games.
Itâs partly because of the SEC and the recency bias of Tennessee man handling UK after losing the two reg season matchups combined with us struggling in our game as the heavy favorite.
What did Davy Crockett say? âThe rest of you can go to hell, Iâm going to Texasâ
While LJ and Cryer had off nights!
Stupid Tenn fans, a lot of us UH fans are Mexican lol
When i saw the potential matchups, i could see the writing on the wall.
I feel awful for Mylik. I do not know how physically Terrance is but this is a perfect opportunity for him to make a huge impact against Tennessee. We have seen players step us for these games. Letâs go
Indianapolis only 300 miles from Tennessee.
TA doesnât look ready offensively with his shot, but he can contribute setting picks and offensive rebounds. The beauty of sports is just when you write someone off, they can come out of nowhere and be the hero.
Let me start early: please Tuglar, do not commit dumb fouls. It will be a physical game and you need to save them, for when really needed. You only played 15 min against Purdue. STOP making dumb fouls, please.
You know after the Purdue game, LJ is going to start Tenn game looking to scoreâŠ. Go LJ !!!
Thatâs a long way to go in a broken down pickup truck
According to BetMGM:
Houston: -3.5
O/U: 123.5
Jojo didnât make dumb fouls though. He was on the wrong side of two of those fouls from poor officiating.
Thereâs a fine line between an elite defender such as JoJo and a poor/tight whistle. Jojo certainly has his bonehead games, but he is also (at least in my IMO) a victim of not being a household name among the talking heads covering college basketball. He is the third highest ranked player in EvanMiyaâs BPR behind Cooper Flagg and Johni Broome. Do you think JoJo is going to get the benefit of the doubt on defending versus two PotY candidates? In most cases, no.
I hope we still have gas left in the tank for Tennessee
I wouldnât put too much stock in Tennessees great performance Friday. They were playing a heated rival for the third time that had beaten them twice. It would be like us playing Tech in the tournament. Very familiar. Barnes just found some stuff that worked. That was chess, tomorrow will be checkers.
Iâm half sleep man. Let me live.

I hope he reads this:
He just needs to keep his arms straight up in the post. No need to reach over people or go horizontal on their way up. He needs to trust in his ability to recover once he sees them jumping. Heâs twitchy enough to recover. Seen it multiple times this year.
