Before every game this tournament, the announcers said LJ is the best player on the team. He was our preseason all conference player. When he’s on, there’s no doubt our best player. But there are games he’s mediocre at best, not even good. That was my biggest complaint about Grimes until his last season. Your superstar’s “bad” games should be average at worst

For me I want uzan to drive and take the tough shot. Perhaps I’m wrong but it seems to me that he prefers to take the open shot. Remember Shead would drive and either get the shot off or get fouled. I think Sampson will get him to do that and once he does the Coogs will be the team we expect them to be!

Man watched every minute of the players era and it’s real hard not to get frustrated by how we’ve played offensively. Never going to write off the Coogs though so we are good.

Seems like our rotations after trapping the high pick & roll are getting exposed this year…
We have zero offense rebounding intensity. Got tired of Uzan watching sdsu rebound and never making any attempt to get it. Sharp has to be the player to lead this team…so disappointing and frustrating

Lot of blame to go around.
Roberts had another bad game except for rebounding. Something is going on with him and I hope he gets over it quickly.
Tugler had a bad game. He has absolutely no offensive game and spent most of his time setting picks:
Francis seems to be improving but is as bad as Tugler on the offensive end.
We simply have a lot of work to do.
I have to believe some things happened in Las Vegas,that the team would like to leave here.
