Did a quick scan and didn’t see it in any threads. Any advice for streaming the upcoming game/this season? Which service will give the most coverage do you think?
I swear I paid for ESPN’s app one year and still didn’t have access unless I was a DirectTV or AT&T subscriber.
With a baby at home, I won’t be attending as many games as I would like to this year😭
Games could (they will) be on ESPN, games could (they will) be on FoxSports or your local Fox Station. No easy answer, our basketball team shows up on Peacock sometimes. With 12 games it could be a chore to catch all 12 on TV without spending large sums. The ESPN app should get you ESPN games without a TV package.
This is what I found about Big 12 football rights.
Primary Partners
ESPN: Owns the majority share of the inventory, including top football selections, Tier 3 rights, and extensive linear and streaming coverage on ESPN+.
Fox Sports: Carries a heavy weekly slate of top football and men’s basketball games across FOX and FS1.
Youtube TV sports package now includes ESPN unlimited. You get every sports channel you need, as well as espn plus for non-televised games, and basketball season.
I think its like 70$ a month.
I have ESPN+ with Verizon, Peacock with Xfinity (internet) and HBOMax with Verizon. I use my dad’s xfinity (cable) login for ESPN regular. The only games i had trouble finding last year were CW, but for most I was able to find an illegal stream on YouTube.
