big game, hope we travel well and our offense shows up early
Weather is forecasted to be awful on Tuesday. Hope everyone makes it to the game ok. But I’m sure folks in Ames are way more used to that type of weather than we are.
First true B12 challenge. WVU is by far the worst team in the conference. Traveling to Ames Iowa for a mid week game against a solid foe from a traditionally good (if not great) bball program—that’ll be a true challenge.
100%. ISU is 9-0 at home this year and was 13-3 last year at home.
Quite an overstatement. When healthy they have a pretty talented team. One good enough to have finished in the top 3 of previous AAC seasons.
The next to games will be different tests, but yesterday was impressive as heck as we made a decent team look really bad.

They still don’t have their center who transferred from Syracuse. WVU will be decent in the conference.

This is what’s great about playing in the Big 12. We get tough games, and a chance to improve and prove ourselves, all the time. So many games are going to be absolute battles, coming down to the last couple of minutes, which brings the opportunity for players to step up and make crucial plays, and for the team to grow in confidence over time. That, and just a lot of good old exciting hoops!
Ok this can’t be right. Winning at Allen field house, even if Kansas was dongwater, is incredibly challenging.
And Iowa State. Last year ISU beat Kansas (8), KSU (5), Texas (7), TCU (22), and Baylor (12) at home. They were 13-3 there
They had two key pieces back in the lineup who had missed time. One was averaging over 26 per game in his three. The team we played was better than what they have had.
They were not impressed with their win over TCU. Lol
Sorry. Iowa State was 13-3 at Hilton last year including wins over 5 highly ranked teams. Its not an easy place to play visitor.
