The UH logo is also on the jersey but having UH on the helmet wouldn’t be repetitive…

Anyone know if the Campus bookstore is open today?
They were open before several games last year IIRC but when I called just now it sends me to an overseas call center who had no clue.
The UH logo is tiny and not prominent on the jersey, so no, it’s not.

Ive never liked full words on a helmet either. It equivlent of putting a team name on a baseball hat instead of the logo. It just doesnt look good.

Compare when SMU had D on their helmets, to brand they were from Dallas, vs the galloping horse (Peruna). The galloping horse wins every time. No to H on the UH helmet.

To be fair, we are the university of Houston. They are not the university of Dallas.
