I just feel like Donovan Smith plays the quarterback position like somebody who has NOT been around football their entire life.
Isn’t he a coaches kid?
Why is he sliding down in open field with one man to beat at 250lbs?
He’s unflappable. But maybe he needs to play with a little bit more sense of urgency?
He’s slow to read the defense and freezes under pressure.
Neither Chriss nor Smith look like they are a starting P4 QB. Maybe with coaching they can improve. I am still hopeful.

So they know we may be their best chance for a win.

I doubt we will be on a regular channel the rest of the season unless something miraculous happens. The teams we have left are either crummy or really good. No network wants to show 2 crummy teams or a game with one crummy team against a really good team and an anticipated rout. As much as I love my Coogs, a 2-5 record with our only wins being against really crummy Rice and mediocrely crummy TCU would not make us an attractive draw.
Our only hope for a better network is to win our next 4 games playing well and BYU the BYU draw is enough.
