Classic trap game. Can’t get caught looking ahead to a big showdown at home vs Tech. This is a long out of state road trip at a weird time in cooler weather at night versus a OSU team desperate for their first win. The good thing is that we have a strong run game and a stout defense, both which travel well. I’m confident CWF will have the team’s attention and have them ready to play and avoid an upset.

Huge game Friday night. Take care of business and go to 4-0 and get off to one of the best starts in a long time. Win Friday night and the pressure will be on Tech to beat us just like when Louisville came to to town with Lamar. We remember how that went.

Willie says the team is flying into Eugene and will stay there. They’ll bus to Corvallis (approx 45 miles) before the game.

Probably trying to avoid the hot water going out in the shower or the power going out in the Coogs wing of the hotel in Corvallis… 
No, but Corvallis doesn’t have a lot of big hotels that a football program requires. I think a lot of teams stay in Eugene.
The OkSt game might be similar - Stillwater has some places but it’s crazy expensive on game weekends. Might stay in OKC.
