UH Director of Strength and Performance for football Kurt Hester announced he has stage 4 cancer. I know friends and family are important during recovery and I want to start a get well thread.

When I hear things like this, I never know what to say and everything sounds so inadequate for the situation. All I can do is say I’m sorry to hear about it and pray for recovery.
