Magpie gifts, they fly a UH flag outside their store. Nice selection of Texas themed gifts.

Manready Merchantile on 19th St in the Heights has a really cool selection of stuff but it’s gonna be on the pricier side. Still one of my favorite shops in Houston.

Also Kuhl Linscomb is a cool place.

Never been in there but I know they own a really architecturally cool building that I think has been used both as residential or commercial but looked unoccupied when I was by it earlier this year.
