I thought CoogFans was a non-profit hence the “donations” did not realize until this very evening that it was a for-profit enterprise.
I thought all surplus was donated to the Coogs.

what about adding a special Tag for “Contributing Members”?
Got rid of Talking bout Coogs board. Why was that made and at the top of the page.

Just moved some things around. Put the active stuff on top - football and basketball. Made “likes” red instead of pink. Just some easy streamlining things.
We promote a lot of other content creators through GoCoogs - Parker is one of them - and that board is still her just moved down. Will probably combine it into something else.

It’s called the tip jar and it was instituted to help maintain the site. I have no idea how much it brings in or how many donate to it since it is now an actual subscription.

Any subject like coaching changes, backup quarterbacks, offensive coordinators, play calling, Oiler uniforms, concessions, or ticket office can get toxic. Going to ban game threads because of toxicity?
This is a university.

Politics is more “real-world” than football even though we all like football. BTW, the Satellite is has plenty of political discourse currently and no one is being inconvenienced as a result.

Since we’re throwing out suggestions:
I’ve thought for a while that we ought to combine Other Sports, Golf Track and Field, and Lady Coog sports. None of these have high traffic. Combining them might bring more people–maybe.
Just call it other sports or Other Coog Sports. IMHO.
