I remember that during my second Afghanistan tour, he showed up for a short time in his Air Force Reserve duty.

I wasn’t aware of him having any health issues, so it’s a bit of a shock. Of course in
his profession, there is not a lot transparency on personal health.

Yeah.

My paternal grandma was perfectly fine the day before when she suddenly had a heart attack and died in her sleep that night.

Sadly, it happens.
