Don’t recall seeing this one discussed. Seems like another example of over zealous enforcement of a policy regardless of status.

Certainly seems like him and family would be in danger.
Our national reputation is on the line. Whenever we need intelligence or operatives
inside a country again, this type of stuff is not going to help. May take decades
to recover from these actions.
