Sophomore year.
I didn’t know anything about college football. Didn’t care about it. Mainly followed pro sports.
This game changed everything. Still one of the greatest experiences i’ve ever had.

The funny thing is that Jake Elliot that missed the field goal in this game won 2 Super Bowl rings with the Eagles.

From my seats I can’t tell if field goals are good or not most of the time. I remember waiting on the student section reaction to know how to feel.

Fast forward to 2017 and Postma lost the game vs Memphis at home in the closing minutes.
Well it did lead to D’Eriq King starting for the rest of the season.
The sound of the crowd that night was so loud. What has happened in 10 years?
I remember when the student section started to celebrate the missed field, I started waving my can of beer in the air and it was going everywhere. One of my top 5 favorite UH games.
