Beautiful facility. Is this where a future med school would be located?
If I remember right, I can’t find it right now, they were going to use the bottom floor of the Health and a biomedical Services building 1 and turn it into a primary care clinic to service the 3rd ward community and also act as the medical school.
The entire college of pharmacy will move there.
Student Health Center set to relocate for spring
Tilney said the Student Health Center will occupy two floors of the building. The pharmacy will be on the first floor and the Student Health Center on the second floor, she said.
“The advantages of moving will allow the Student Health Center to grow and accommodate
the demands of the student population,” Tilney said.
The nine-story, 300,00-square-foot facility provides a new home for the university’s College of Pharmacy, the Student Health Center, community clinical and wellness spaces, and two floors of expanded research space.
