The Houston Cougars hope that five-star quarterback recruit Keisean Henderson can revitalize a stagnant program in the Bayou City. It is now uncertain whether Henderson will ever play for the Cougars on future Saturdays in the fall.
Old Galveston home couldn’t move on land. Over water was different story.
Henderson, currently the quarterback at Legacy School of Sports Sciences in Houston, is ranked as the No. 4 quarterback in the nation and the No. 2 player in Texas for the class of 2026, according to On3Sports. He committed to his hometown Cougars last May and was expected to arrive on campus before his anticipated freshman season next fall. However, Henderson now seems to be exploring his options. He is reportedly planning a visit to Florida State in Tallahassee in early June, which had recruited him prior to his 2024 commitment.
NO,he isnt looking around. He isnt EXPLORING his options…He’s taking a summer visit to FSU, so what? Claiming he is going to jump is pure drivel driven by haters of our school and our league. Henderson isnt flipping.
What coach said that if you are still taking visits, you aren’t really committed? To me, it’s kind of like being engaged and still dating other girls. And yes, I understand the idea of being treated like a king for 5 different visits.
