Seems like that should just kind of go along with it. If we can auto register for the machinations of conscription, seems like getting the freedoms you may be required to defend automatically seems only right.

I’d say it’s just an outdated notion than anything else. That’s why. And seeing as the governing party of the House is basically nothing but outdated notions that tracks

There were a lot of Dems like Chrissy Houlahan that pushed for this as well.

The just men part? Of the automatic registration? The outdated thing is the just men part, automatic registration is a different thing.

After further research, Houlahan apparently did push for female draft registration as well.

I guess that was too hard a sell.

Here’s the problem with draft registration.

Suppose everyone registers at age 18.

How many of those addresses will still be valid eight years later?

I’m guessing not many.

Easy solution. You must inform selective service within x amount of time at your new residences. Failure to do so requires you to spend the amount of time equal to the delay in a room with one of those non-binaries of yours.

Not sure I agree.

If all military jobs are now open to both genders, and they are, then I really don’t see why there shouldn’t be an all inclusive draft to fill them.
