If AB does leave I wish him no ill will….having said that if he goes to Detroit I could see his numbers drop greatly……like 12-15 HR type stuff.

Jay I think it’s almost guaranteed KT gets traded now….he’s probably doing the pee pee dance with excitement at this point.
I’m sure his agent is all up in Dana trying to guide Tucker where he prefers to go….then Dana tells him “this ain’t the NBA son” and trades him where we get the best haul……

Yeah, I think he gets dealt as well…the other poster (I think) was making it sound like the Astros were desperate to try and trade Tucker and should hurry up and do it sooner rather than later for fear of losing trade value and leverage. I don’t think that’s the case at all. Tucker is going to yield a nice return, no matter what. And the longer that goes might actually bode better for Bregman returning anyway since I think Tucker could ultimately be hurting AB’s own market (and it really sounds like the Yankees are the only logical choice at this point that would a.) give him what he’s looking for and then b.) stand to make the move). But they’re gonna try and get Tucker first, I think.

Yeah, as I mentioned before, not crazy about Cubs MLB pieces being floated for Tucker.

Interesting…it might, as it probably makes Luis Gil less expendable now. Could also mean they’re walking away from Astros’ high demand for Tucker, and therefore, just pivot to sign Bregman instead…oh, dear

Seems like a solid deal for a guy that will be a free agent after a year. Kyle had worn out his welcome and won’t live up to whatever contract he’s got coming.
