Yanks up 5-4 top of 8

Yanks runs 3 and 4 scored back to back hit batter by Valdez and 4 pitch walk by Martinez relieving V with bases loaded. :rage:

You don’t win a lot of games walking 9

Well shoot- gotta be able to hold a 4-0 lead at home…agree about the walks- your starter can’t walk six

Have to admit I’ve been so wrapped up in March Madness stuff I didn’t even realize the season started today. Hope we can bounce back tomorrow.

Because Dusty didn’t listen to me.

This!

Pollard offered good advice to Dusty, but Dusty didn’t listen. Now Dusty works somewhere else.

Why do people continue to test Pollard?

We need some pitching that will get ahead of the count. Yesterday was sad. Framber has the stuff but does he have the right stuff?

It’s the stuff between his ears that’s the problem. When he started with all that “call my own pitches” bull—- Espada should have shut that down full stop. We have a highly compensated catcher fully capable of calling a game and that’s who’s gonna do it. Espada made himself a co-dependent with Framber. Of course it lasted a full week and a half. By the end of the season Yainer is gonna establish that’s he’s the future of the franchise. And those mofos are gonna be walking up asking his permission to do stuff.

Framber has a couple more no-hitters coming this year if he’ll settle down.

Not very impressed with Espada thus far, but the season is early.

On pace to go 0-81 at home.

Middle relief is absolutely garbage.

It looks like the old Javier is back.

1st game in years I won’t watch live or streaming replay.
Win streak starts tomorrow!

Pulling framber with two outs got me… it was his to lose

I figured the offense would be slow out of the gate. It sucks that UH basketball is finished. I hope the store can figure it out.

Who TF thought this pitching staff would beat the Rangers? Brown did an excellent job picking up Scott. He’s a career 9.00 ERA.

I really regretted losing Neris. I know you can’t keep them all. I also regret losing Maton and Stanek. But Neris was capable of locking it down. Getting swept by the Yankees would be more than just a few loses. It would be a psychological loss.

Scott is garbage.
We are like his 8th team in 8 years….horrible

Mushinski is below average.

I would love for us to live some guys like Kouba and Gordon a shot a middle relief.
