Astros appear to be getting no love this season. What’s up with that?
Almost all predictions I’ve read have the ‘Stros winning the AL West. Some have them making the ALCS and World Series.
Starting pitching is a real question mark. If the staff has an ERA of between 3.75-4.00, with their lineup, I can see them winning the AL.

Ok good. I was watching my regular morning show and they had some joker on there from MLB Network and he was jock riding the Braves and Orioles, as well as Yankees and Dodgers. Even mentioned the Rangers and Cubs, but not one mention of the Astros.

It’s just stupid. For several reasons. Even money says he gets hurt running the bases this season. One and two should be your good hitters with better than average speed where the 2 hitter is either trying to stretch singles into doubles or taking the extra base when throws are made to get the 1 hitter thrown out. Good luck. Alvarez is injury prone or given to “discomfort”. Espada trying to be clever.

Framber was awful today. Lucky he didn’t give up more than three runs. Control was way off. Where’s the Framber from two years ago?

Double plays got Framber out of two bases loaded jams before he fell apart in the fifth and got yanked (literally)
I don’t understand pinch hitting Singleton in that spot. Is Meyers incapable of hitting right handed pitching?
