We finally left and the drive back to West Columbia was terrible. Hard rain and lightning all the way to Angleton.
Too old to stand around getting wet for hours lol
Shame looked like it originally was going to be decent turn out of fans.

Just got to home in the Heights. If the game actually starts, I may return. 35%chance of rain today, sure. Unfortunately it was all over TDECU. Rain didn’t begin in the Heights until 15 minutes ago.
So by the time this rain passes can they just let all remaining fans go sit in the lower bowl and have access to the club? Because every 30 minutes we lose about another 200 fans.

I enjoyed those days too. Sound couldn’t escape upward, never got rained on save a few drops from fellow students with more been than they could handle. The Dome had its nifty things like the Cougar Brass running all over the stadium and showing up at any opening at any time to play a charge!

-400 fans/hr seems like a pretty conservative estimate. That would mean we’ve only lost like 1400 fans so far. (I’d bet it’s something like an exponential decay where we lose about 25% of our fans per 30 minutes, if we were to actually model it.)
