Its all about the lightning, right? The NCAA has a rule about time and distance from the last strike before play can begin or resume regardless of current conditions?

Believe it’s lightning within 10 miles, and 30 minutes after last strike.
last time I checked, closest lightning was on Scott St. and Braes Bayou. Not sure how old that was.
