not too mention the huuuuuuge LigaMX fan presence in this city…the Dynamo need to step it up
I’m really curious to see what effect Hector Herrera has on attendance.
GUNNERS?! lol enjoy the Europa League…
Oh when the Spurs… Go marching in…

It’s where they belong right now, they are this summer and next transfer window away from fielding a team that compete in the champions league. Oh well enjoy they empty trophy case
Conte will get it done lol
Yes, that and their signings are a bit concerning.
great signing, the National Team fans are upset because he will now be in MLS, but the Dynamo now have a great opportunity to build the fanbase
I hope so. I had season tickets for about 3 years, but dropped them after giving up on the former ownership. The atmosphere was crap, it’d be so much fun to have even 3/4 full matches on the regular. Seeing new teams like Austin and Nashville, drawing sell out crowds is really annoying
I would much rather watch the Super Bowl than the World Cup. Unless USA is playing, I couldn’t care less about a 90 minute match between teams like Qatar and Denmark.
I went to the USMNT vs Granada match last Friday. The atmosphere was so much better than any USMNT or UWWNT match I’ve been to in Houston. I came to the realization I will be traveling to Austin a lot in the future when the teams play in Texas. I think our days of hosting matches at PNC are done.
The final will not be Qatar vs Denmark. Brasil vs ?
I know. Still won’t watch.
Draw is out.
Who plays where out soon.
USA with a good draw.

This is the first time in a long time without a true Group of Death.
Groups H, K, and L are pretty good.
I had heard the ticket prices are crazy so I toured Stubhub. Found most of the early Houston rounds run low 4 figures to $500 range
If you want to say you went to the World Cup, there’s a game with Saudi Arabia and Cape Verde that has tickets in the $100 - $200 range.
My son told me that Netherlands will be staying in the medical center area and they plan on a march from there to the stadium. LOL, the Dutch don’t understand Houston heat and humidity. Glad they are close to the medical center.
I’d love to go to a game but I’m not paying 1-3k for a game to sit in the nosebleeds.
They do Chris. They played Brazil in Dallas in 1994 at the Cotton Bowl. I was there. I still feel the heat. I still can’t believe there were not multiple deaths that day.
Time to bump this back up, 6 days until the world cup kicks off. Once it starts, due to the expanded field, we get 27 consecutive days of soccer. From the Group stage through the round of 16. The previous 32 team format, the entire tournament is 29 days.
The World Cup has always been one of my absolute favorite sporting events. This time FIFA and the ticket prices and the other various crap going on around the tournament had really zapped my interest. Now that we are getting closer, I’m finally genuinely excited for it.
I hope that the home team does well.
