At least Mills attended UH. Some of the players last year didn’t even attend UH. On the other hand, Mills is the only player to quit on his team in mid season.
If the TBT coach and players welcome Mills, I will too.
Would y’all say the same thing about Tramon Mark or Armoni Brooks? They had a similar message when they transferred out.
Or even Ramon Walker when he stepped away and this board was flying that he was transferring.
Or TA when he was supposed to be here for years but left after he found out he was going to be behind freshmen.
Y’all are being antsy, if TBT wants Mills, let him play.

I don’t remember any of those other dudes packing up and leaving in the middle of the season.
Mills just needs to keep finding new teams to play on every year - maybe one of them will work out.

Like him or not this team is going to need Mills to score some buckets.
I anticipate we will add a couple players to this roster. Need a big and a shooter would be nice.

I wouldn’t care if Danuel House was on the team. It’s a glorified pick up tournament. Rooting for our former players so they can get a payday. Wouldn’t give this thing a lick of attention if they weren’t playing in it though.

We have maybe the best family atmosphere in the nation so I love how it brings former players and family back together for the summer.

But at best he’s a SemiCooger…

How do they determine seeds for a tourney like this?
I’m assuming it’s based off the last tournament. The Forever Coogs lost a close one in the championship game, last tournament.

The only way to clean this up is to create by-laws (enforceable by CoogFans posters) that state that everyone who played for the University of Houston at one point and transferred out to another college team, has to form their own team to compete in the TBT and call them KindaCoogs.

It’s not that he transferred… it’s that he quit on the Coogs in the middle of a season where we were poised to make a deep run in the tourney…
To me Danuel House is still a Coog… but Mills quit during the season so he quit on the team and on the rest of us Coogs…

I think that’s perfectly fine to hold as a personal opinion, but one should allow others to hold there’s.
Particularly, one needs to respect his old teammates’ and coaches’ that hold the opposite opinion, that Mills is perfectly fine
