How strict is bag policy?

Heading to tonight’s game and my wife has her purse on her. Is the bag policy strict to the letter? Her bags leather, about the size of a gallon jug of milk I would say

It seems hit or miss. I’ve seen people stopped by security because of their bags. I’ve seen people coast right through. If you want to avoid any problem, just leave the purse in the trunk of your car or something. It’s not worth having to walk all the way back.

TDECU is a clear bag policy. She will not be let in with a leather bag

Depends on the security, I had my 3/4 inch key/knife and house keys held an entire game and brought to to me by security post game. Use the knife to rip the zip ties holding the UH banners we zip tie in the end-zone. Even having my UH Faculty ID didn’t help. Since then I had no problems. Use a gallon zip lock and leave the leather in the trunk.

You never know when you have to rip zip ties. There should be a course somewhere on that.

There is a trailer by gate 1 you can leave your bag in for free. Had to do it for the diaper bag for the SMU game. Was a lifesaver!

Definitely strict today. Couldn’t even take in the Takis stuff they were giving out. It was definitely crowd based.

We always put the Takis in our pockets so we can bring them in.

I did that too but my girlfriend put hers in her clear bag and they made her throw it out.

If you have a regular bag and it’s for medical purpose you can get thru they have to check the inside.
